Thomas Fort
Managing Partner
Thomas Fort co-founded Verto in 2016. He has over 21 years of experience in Private Equity and investment banking across various European countries and sectors such as TMT and industrial niches.
He began his career in 2004 with JP Morgan in London’s M&A team for France/Benelux and joined Francisco Partners, a 9B$ Private Equity fund specialized in technology, in charge of transaction execution across software and hardware sectors.
Before co-founding Verto, Thomas co-founded Izurium Capital, a €340m independent Private Equity fund, where he led investments in Western Europe and North America.
Thomas graduated from HEC (Major in Finance) and from Sciences Po.
