Alexis Kemlin

Alexis Kemlin co-founded Verto in 2016. He has over 21 years of experience in Private Equity and investment banking experience in London, covering France and multiple European countries across sectors such as Health, TMT, and B2B Services.
He started his career at JP Morgan in 2004 in the M&A team focused on Europe, particularly France.
Before co-founding Verto, Alexis joined The Carlyle Group in 2008 within the Carlyle Europe Technology Partner team, investing in fast growing technology and healthcare focused SMEs with international ambitions. At Carlyle, Alexis deployed around €155m in four French SMEs as well as in external growth operations.
Alexis graduated from ESCP with a specialization in Corporate Finance.
