Laure joined Verto in 2020. She has over 18 years of experience in finance, with a focus on Small & MidCap investments and M&A advisory across Paris, London and Hong Kong.

She began her career at Exane BNP Paribas in London and Paris, before moving into M&A roles at Natixis in Paris and Rothschild in London.

In 2008, she joined DC Advisory in Paris, where she was a M&A Director advising founders, private equity funds and corporates on disposals, acquisitions and cross-border transactions across Europe, the US and Asia.

From 2018 to 2019, based in Hong Kong, Laure advised startups and SMEs on corporate finance matters while also pursuing an entrepreneurial venture.

Laure holds a MSc in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School.
