MyTower, a next-generation software provider specializing in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Global Trade Management (GTM) for shippers, is accelerating the consolidation of the European supply chain software market. Backed by Verto since late 2025, the group is joining forces with three recognized industry players — TDI, Winddle and Belharra e-SCM — to build a reference European platform for transport digitization.

With these strategic acquisitions, MyTower brings together more than 300 employees, with operations in France, Italy, Spain and Morocco, and reaches approximately €16 million in annual recurring revenue.

A Platform Strategy Coming to Life

When Verto first invested in MyTower as lead minority shareholder in late 2025, the company had already signaled its ambition to pursue transformative acquisitions. The acquisition of Belharra e-SCM, a specialist in supply chain management and customs compliance software, provided an early proof of concept. The two new acquisitions announced today represent a decisive acceleration of that strategy.

TDI, a Lyon-based software publisher with over 110 employees and subsidiaries in Italy and Spain, is the most significant addition. Its multi-carrier parcel logistics platform opens up the critical last-mile delivery segment for MyTower, complementing the group’s existing capabilities in upstream transport and customs operations. TDI’s management team is reinvesting alongside MyTower as part of the transaction.

Winddle, a collaborative supply chain platform with approximately 30 employees, strengthens the group’s offering in supplier relationship management and logistics orchestration, particularly in the fashion, retail and industrial sectors.

Complementary Solutions, Unified Vision

Together, the combined platforms cover the full spectrum of supply chain execution — from supplier collaboration and international procurement, through transport management and customs compliance, to last-mile delivery — across all transport modes and geographies.

These acquisitions represent a structural milestone for the group. The consolidation we are experiencing is not opportunistic — it is structural. It responds to a fundamental market need: simplifying complexity,” said Jean-Christophe Cuvelier, CEO of MyTower.

There is very limited client overlap between TDI and MyTower. Their logistics flows are complementary, which creates significant cross-selling potential across the existing customer base,” added Océane Savoldelli, Vice President at Verto.

Verto Becomes Majority Shareholder

To finance these acquisitions, Verto has injected additional equity and now holds a majority stake alongside the management team. The transaction is structured as a leveraged buyout, with debt financing provided by Eurazeo Private Debt.

The founders and executives of each acquired company — including TDI’s management, Emilia Jevakhoff and Guillaume Grenet (Winddle), and Gilles Bidart and Pascal Saint-Pierre (Belharra e-SCM) — remain fully engaged within the group. Each entity’s solutions and teams will continue to support their respective clients while the group works toward deeper integration.

Building a European Champion

With this new configuration, MyTower aims to establish itself as a key technology partner for mid-market companies and large international organizations seeking modular, robust solutions to orchestrate their entire supply chain. The group plans to increase investment in innovation and artificial intelligence to enhance visibility, orchestration and performance across logistics flows.

MyTower remains actively pursuing further acquisition opportunities, particularly to strengthen its capabilities in last-mile delivery and to expand its international footprint.
