Verto announces its investment in MyTower, a next-generation software provider specializing in the digitization of transport and international trade operations. Verto becomes the new lead minority shareholder, supporting the management team — which remains majority — in its ambition to build a European software platform of reference

A Next-Generation TMS at the Heart of Supply Chain Digitization

As global supply chains grow increasingly complex, shippers — manufacturers, retailers, and distributors — face mounting pressure to digitize and optimize their transport and trade operations. Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions have become essential tools, enabling organizations to orchestrate shipments, streamline customs compliance, and exchange data seamlessly with carriers, freight forwarders, and ERP/WMS systems.

Founded as a technology subsidiary before becoming independent in 2018, MyTower has developed one of the most modern software platforms in this space. With approximately €10 million in revenue and a team of 110 employees, the company serves a prestigious client base including LVMH and several of its entities, Air Liquide, Socomec, Bolloré Logistics, bioMérieux, and Bridgestone, among others.

The New A Proven Consolidation Strategy

MyTower has already embarked on an active buy-and-build strategy, most recently with the acquisition of Belharra, a €3 million revenue provider of supply chain management and customs compliance software. This first step validates the company’s ability to identify and integrate complementary solutions, extending its offering beyond core TMS and GTM capabilities — for instance into last-mile tracking or supplier relationship management.

The partnership with Verto is designed to accelerate this trajectory. Additional acquisitions are expected to further broaden the platform and strengthen MyTower’s European footprint in the months and years ahead.

Deep Sector Expertise from Verto

Verto brings specific experience in the transport software sector, having previously backed Sinari, a TMS group serving carriers, through a successful investment cycle. This prior involvement provides Verto with a thorough understanding of the market dynamics, technology landscape, and value creation levers at play.

Building a reference software platform in Europe

With the increasing complexity of logistics chains, industrial companies and distributors are equipping themselves with dedicated software to manage their transport operations. Among the solutions we identified, MyTower stands out for having one of the most modern technology stacks, making it an ideal foundation to build a reference software platform in Europe,” said Océane Savoldelli, Vice President at Verto.

Our early engagement with the management team, ahead of the formal process, reinforced our conviction in MyTower’s positioning and the relevance of its offering in addressing the challenges faced by shippers,” added Antoine Dary, Managing Partner at Verto.
