Pierre has over 8 years of experience in Small & MidCap investment banking in Paris, specializing in the Technology and Healthcare sectors. He began his career at LBO Partners, followed by five years in M&A at Bryan, Garnier & Co and DC Advisory in Paris. Graduated from Edhec Business School with a MSc in Corporate Finance.
Laure has over 15 years of experience in finance, particularly in Small & MidCap investment and M&A advisory in Paris, London and Hong Kong. Her career began in operational finance with Exane BNP Paribas, after which she transitioned to M&A Advisory roles at Natixis in Paris and Rothschild in London. In 2008, she joined DC Advisory in Paris where she was a M&A Director. During her tenure in Hong Kong from 2017 to 2019, Laure provided corporate finance advisory to startups and SMEs located in Hong Kong and Paris, concurrently pursuing an entrepreneurial venture. Graduated from EM Lyon Business School with a MSc in Corporate Finance.
Antoine co-founded Verto in 2016. He has over 15 years of experience in Private Equity and investment banking in Paris, covering various sectors including Healthcare and Tech. Before co-founding Verto, he was a partner at LBO Partners (managing €320m), a leading French Small & MidCap investment firm. Antoine has been involved in over ten transactions including Menix Group, Sogelink, Talentia Software, and has sat on the boards of five portfolio companies such as AMS and Armatis-Lc. Graduated from Dauphine University with a MSc in Finance.
Thomas Fort co-founded Verto in 2016. He has over 19 years of experience in Private Equity and investment banking across various European countries and sectors such as TMT and industrial niches. He began his career in 2004 with JP Morgan in London's M&A team for France/Benelux and joined Francisco Partners, a 9B$ Private Equity fund specialized in technology, in charge of transaction execution across software and hardware sectors. Before co-founding Verto, Thomas co-founded Izurium Capital, a €340m independent Private Equity fund, where he led investments in Western Europe and North America. Graduated from HEC (Major in Finance) and from Sciences Po.
Alexis Kemlin co-founded Verto in 2016. He has over 19 years of experience in Private Equity and investment banking experience in London, covering France and multiple European countries across sectors such as Health, TMT, and B2B Services. He started his career at JP Morgan in 2004 in the M&A team focused on Europe, particularly France. Before co-founding Verto, Alexis joined The Carlyle Group in 2008 within the mid-market team in Europe, investing in technology-focused SMEs with international ambitions in France and the Benelux. At Carlyle, Alexis deployed around €155m in four SMEs as well as in external growth operations. Graduated from ESCP with a specialization in corporate finance.
